What is a year hexagram

Huangji Jingshi orders time through yuan-hui-yun-shi. Removing the four cardinal hexagrams from the sixty-four leaves sixty hexagrams that rotate year by year, one hexagram reading the fortune of one year.

Six lines, thirty years
